Harley-Davidson Corporate Office Hotel
Harley-Davidson is probably the most famous motorcycle manufacturer in the world and is based in the United States, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Even though they consider 1903 as their starting year, they could just as well consider 1901, because it was then when Bill Harley completed the first blueprint of a Harley engine. In 1903, the same Bill Harley and Arthur Davidson revealed their first motorized effort, calling it the first Harley motorcycle. It was a racing bike, built in a wood shed that had Harley-Davidson Motor Company scrawled on it. That same year, Arthur's brother - Walter Davidson - joined the company.
Juneau Avenue is Harley-Davidson's corporate headquarters. It is the site where the first factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. In 1994, the Juneau Avenue site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S.
The functions represented at Juneau Avenue are Benefits/Total Compensation, Legal, Organizational Development & Training, Information Services, Investor Relations, General Merchandise, Parts & Accessories, Government Relations, Marketing, Asia, Pacific and Latin America, Europe, SPOC (single point of contact), Communication, Human Resources, Diversity, Finance, Quality and others.
